I have tried so many ways to make my sport shoes look like new but it just won’t work. Any quick ways on how I can make my sport shoes look all brand new again?

i have a 94 dodge dakota sport. i have a cold air intake, dual hood scoops and a flowmaster 40 series muffler. i spray painted white flames on the dark green body(they look decent). any suggestions on what i can do to make it a more spiffy truck?
